Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

We ship door-to-door on a DDP basis. We handle export documentation, duties, and customs clearance — there is nothing for you to file, and nothing to pay, on arrival.

Timeline

Production takes 4–8 days after you approve the final sample. Delivery is typically 10–14 days door-to-door. Most orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks of approval. These are estimates, not guarantees; timelines can be affected by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.

United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia — and other destinations on request.

Samples

Samples ship for a flat $15.

Tracking

We provide tracking details once your order ships.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect address details, or force-majeure events, but we will help resolve any issue.
