Every EcoBorn order is made to a fixed specification and checked before it ships. We don’t ask you to take quality on trust — this page sets out exactly what your bags are made from, what we inspect before dispatch, and what happens in the rare case something isn’t right. If you’d still rather see for yourself first, order a free sample and judge it in your hands.
What the bags are made from
All EcoBorn bags are made from natural cotton canvas — a firm, durable weave that holds a printed logo cleanly and stands up to repeated use. We don’t blend in synthetic fibres, and the bags are plastic-free.
| Product | Fabric | Weight (GSM) |
|---|---|---|
| Cotton tote bags | 100% natural cotton canvas | 150 GSM or 220 GSM |
| Cotton drawstring / dust bags | 100% natural cotton canvas | 150 GSM |
Which weight? 150 GSM is the everyday choice — light, economical, and right for most gifting, packaging and promotional use. 220 GSM is a heavier, more structured canvas that feels more premium in the hand and carries more weight — a good fit for retail bags and premium gifting. Not sure which suits your product? Tell us what goes inside and we’ll recommend the right weight before you order.
How your logo is printed
We apply your branding by one of two methods, chosen to suit your artwork:
- Screen printing — the best choice for clean, solid logos in one or two colours. Durable, crisp, and cost-effective at volume.
- DTF (direct-to-film) printing — for detailed, multi-colour or photographic artwork that screen printing can’t reproduce.
Before we print anything, you receive a free digital proof of your artwork on the bag. Nothing goes into production until you approve it — so what you sign off is what you receive. See custom branding for artwork guidance and file requirements.
What we check before your order ships
Every order is inspected before it leaves for dispatch — not spot-checked at random, but reviewed against your confirmed specification. We check:
- Dimensions — that the finished bag matches the size you ordered.
- Print quality — that your logo is positioned correctly, the right size, and cleanly printed, with no smudging or misalignment.
- Colour — that the print colours match your approved proof.
- Construction — that seams, stitching, handles and drawstrings are secure and properly finished.
- Count — that the quantity is correct.
Because we manufacture the bags ourselves, this check happens on our own floor before your order is packed — not somewhere down a chain of intermediaries.
If an order isn’t right, we make it right
We hold our work to the specification you approved. In the rare event that an order arrives faulty or off-specification — the wrong size, a print fault, or a construction defect against your approved proof — we will remake or replace the affected bags, or refund them. Tell us what’s wrong, send a photo, and we’ll put it right. Our aim is simple: you get bags you’re happy to put your brand on.
See it before you commit
Specifications and photographs only tell you so much. The surest way to judge our quality is to hold a bag yourself — so we make that easy. Order a free sample and pay only the shipping. Check the canvas, the stitching, the drawstring and the print against your own product, then place your bulk order with confidence.
