Budgeting: minimum order and cost per head

The minimum order is 50 pieces per design — low enough for a leadership offsite or a small client list, without committing to thousands of units. Per-unit pricing steps down as quantities rise, and live tiered pricing is shown on every product page, so you can build a cost-per-head figure for budget approval before you speak to anyone. For larger programmes, request a bulk quote.

Working back from your event date

Corporate gifting runs to a fixed deadline, so plan backwards from it. Production takes roughly 4–8 working days once your artwork is approved, and door-to-door DDP delivery takes a further 10–14 days depending on quantity and destination. Add a few days for artwork approval and we recommend starting at least four to five weeks before the date the bags are needed. Ordering a free sample early — before you commit — costs you nothing but the shipping and removes the risk from the timeline.

Your logo, printed to spec

We print by screen printing, which gives crisp, durable results for clean 1–2 colour marks and most corporate logos, or full-colour DTF for detailed or multi-colour artwork.
