1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of ecobornshop.com and your purchase of products from EcoBorn (Akarshann Industries Pvt. Ltd.). By placing an order, you agree to them.
2. Products
Our products are natural cotton goods produced to order. Natural materials and printing carry minor inherent variation, which is not a defect.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown per piece and decrease across volume tiers (from 50 up to 20,000+). Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed at order or in a written quote applies to that order.
4. Orders and approval
For custom orders, we send a final physical sample to your specifications. Production begins only after your written approval of the sample. You are responsible for ensuring the approved specifications and artwork are correct.
5. Payment
Standard online orders are paid in full at checkout via our payment provider (Razorpay). For large or custom quoted orders, payment is typically 50% in advance to begin production and 50% before shipping, as set out in your quote.
6. Intellectual property in artwork
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logo or artwork you submit, and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights. You agree to indemnify EcoBorn against claims arising from artwork you supply.
7. Returns and defects
Governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Shipping
Governed by our Shipping Policy (DDP).
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EcoBorn’s liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amritsar, Punjab, India.
