Refund & Returns Policy

Made-to-order products

Almost everything we make is custom and produced to order. Because each order is made specifically for you, custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and not eligible for return once production has begun.

Your approval protects you

Before we produce a full order, we send a final physical sample made to your exact specifications. Production only starts after you approve it. Please review the sample carefully — approval confirms the specifications, artwork, colours, and sizing for your order.

Quality and defects

Every order is inspected by hand before packing. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect reaches you, we will replace the affected quantity, or credit that quantity against your next order, at our discretion. To make a claim, email info@ecobornshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

What isn’t covered

Differences arising from artwork or specifications you approved at the sample stage; normal variation inherent to natural cotton and printing; and damage caused after delivery.

Samples

Sample orders (you pay only shipping) are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before you approve the final sample. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
